Pros: more points received if loading offers, and love that I can schedule a time to pick up my food. Prices are up to date with stores. And substitution notes are available for eat product. Cons: my card doesn't open fast enough when I need it. At the til it just keeps buffering. It sometimes doesn't work with the self checkout tills, the search for products is not great. It's hard to find or does not exist on the app. Cannot save substitution notes for products I buy regularly.

Thought it was ok until recently. It will not open yet it does on my wife's phone, which is the same as mine. Uninstalled it, then reinstalled it but same problem. Not much has changed in 2 years. Still a frustrating app. Update: Not much has changed. Missing out on deals and points because I can't log in to my offers. No one has ever tried contacting me to figure anything out. Great app when it works.

Lowering from 4 to 3 till latest version changed. Its a great app for sharing grocery list with family. But new "offers" section is a bit cumbersome. Why on earth do you have to login to load the offer, every single time!? And from the loaded offer section you can't add it to your cart, which means you have to manually search for each item to load it. Would love to see this fixed. We shop at save on ALL the time!
